关于Gas-Zentralheizung

不是很懂,　因为从来没用过Gas-Zentralheizung.
１．和Heizöl-Zentralheizung比, 是不是用起来要贵些？有什么显著的缺点吗？
２．还有, 烧饭是不是一定要用Gas? 家里的炉灶是用电的, 还很新, 不想换掉.
