拿博士签证能找工作吗

请各位帮忙出了主意，小弟这里谢谢了！

考虑读博，但又担心自己没这个毅力坚持不下去，不知道是否可以拿着读博的签证
找工作啊，找到工作能从读博签证转到工作签证吗，有人说不可以，这叫转换居留目的，
有人说没问题，只要公司要你就可以，大家说的都不一样，不知道是否有人真的懂，

我博士学位还没有拿到就开始找下家了，然后去申请工签18，去咨询的时候人家就主要问我有没有在德国获得过学位，在德国获得过学位因为找工作变更居留目的不需要回国签。

如果你读博士的时候已经是18 了，并且超过2年了（看你护照签证页，签证种类编号16 或者18）。 那已经是符合无限制工作签证条件了。换工作根本不算变更居留目的
