看ppstream时出现iexplorer runtime error, 导致看不了, 会是什么原因?

当我点ppstream网页电影或电视列表上的某个电影或电视时, 会先出现演播器, 几秒后就回出现一个小窗口, 上面是这样的

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

我按完ok后, 所有打开的IE窗口都关闭了. 请问是什么原因, 怎么解决, 谢谢

lz可以通过添加删除程序，把Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime卸载掉，如果找不到的话，可以通过卸载Office中的修改项，手动删除Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime，应该在Office卸载程序的工具内。
