求助帮我比较一下哪个本比较好，多谢

看上两款笔记本，都是tp的，很难抉择，我平时不玩什么游戏，主要用一些办公软件和电路仿真软件，有时会处理一些layout, 但是对显卡的要求不高。
其中的一个是 T400 2765, 价格是1400，性能是

现在就是在纠结，这个W7的系统，听说系统好像兼容性不太好。大家有听说吗？还有不知道这个新的处理器性能到底怎么样，网上都没什么信息的。不过价格确实很诱惑。。
