Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a enthousiast business development manager to join our international team.
Job Responsibilities
• To work with the Chief Representative Officer in developing and implementing business strategies for the region
• Generate new business for the portfolio of service offerings.
• Create a winning marketing strategy to penetrate global accounts
• Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development processes that help drive overall growth
• Responsible for marketing alliances and building partnerships.
• Produce and distribute sales forecast data from information produced through reports and discussions with Sales Engineers.
• Develop, maintain, update, and improve the region’s sales pipeline tracking and reporting
• Administer and manage the sales quota setting and compensation implementation processes
Key requirement of the Role
- A proven performer with a demonstrated track record of individual sales achievement.
- A “hunter” by approach with strong business acumen.
- A record of strong client relationships at CXO-level
- Strong background in customer and market penetrations in the Germany/Europe/UK markets.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Drive for results no matter what barriers exist
- self driven and dynamic person
- fluent in English and German (other language is a plus)
- ready to travel 60 days/year (within Europe)
- use to work under pressure
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree required, MBA/Master’s Degree preferred in engineering / marketing or equivalent
• 3-5+ years experience with selling PV industry.
• Local candidates only, no relocation (Germany).
Reporting to Chief Representative Officer in Germany.
