我的情况和楼主又不同,我是无限期合同,可是工作第一天宝宝刚好是第五个月的第一天.我这种情况,即使在适用期也不会被解雇,能拿Mutterschutz和Elterngeld,但是因为没过适用期,不知道以后能不能会去工作.

Excuse me, may I ask how is the elterngeld calculated?
I am in the similar case as you are, that I will apply the 失业金, and then give birth.
As far as I know, the elterngeld is 67% of the avarage netto from the last year. So the 失业金 is also taken into calculation, Is that right?
So I am thinking of which in case I could get more money.
To get only the 失业金, or the elterngeld? Or the 失业金 +300 euro elterngeld?
Why do you choose only the elterngeld for 12 months?

如果申请人失业金和父母金都有资格拿，可以选择失业金基础上加300欧元。或者先在拿Elterngeld的期间内申请67%原工资的 Elterngeld，之后再申请拿失业金。
我想问的是你当初为什么没有在失业金的基础上申请300欧的Elterngeld？
是不是劳动局因为你要生宝宝的关系不允许你一直领取失业金，必须转成mutterschaftgeld？
