1 净胜球
2 进球数
3 胜负关系

1 - 积分
2 - 所有比赛净胜球
3 - 所有比赛最多进球 （还有这个给忘了）
以上都相同的话才比较相互积分、净胜球和进球数

然后净胜球；
还相同的话，就比进球数
再相同的话，看相互战绩的积分，净胜球，进球数

是要大净胜球一样的前提下
看南非和墨西哥的胜负关系 如果是平局就看和出线球队的胜负关系 如果一样 就看净胜球

你用红笔勾出来干啥 我说的大净胜球就是这个意思啊
不过我觉得你的说法倒是听起来更合理些，可以有效避免出局球队放水
