关于博士工资

大家可以帮我看看嘛。这个工资说的是税前还是税后啊。
PhD candidates will receive a grant of EUR 1365 per month plus a monthly allowance for consumables, books etc. of EUR 103, as well as an allowance depending on their family status. The duration of the PhD grants is 2 years, and can be extended to a maximum period of 3 years. The candidate will be encouraged to finish his thesis within this time.
网站上的介绍说是phd position。那就是拿的是工作位置了？
