请问有人申请过nonoh的固定电话号码么

nonoh网站上有一段话，说

With NoNoh you can get your own regular fixed telephone phone number - for only 1 EURO. So your friends can call you on a regular fixed telephone number and you can still receive the call via NoNoh. No matter where you are.

但是登录之后完全不知道在那里购买fixed number。。。。

nonoh的号码是VoIP号，不是普通座机号，别人打很贵的，不能害人啊～～～
