异国买家要求通过Paypal交易，有经验的进来看一下，谢了

一个英国的买家要求paypal付款，可是钱没有付，而且在paypal上也没有显示。
来了一堆英文，看了一下，是让我先寄出paypal再给我付钱？
这种交易方式以前还没遇到过，因为钱有点多，上来问问看谁有过这个经验，建议一下，谢了

显然是诈骗邮件，PP的邮件都是@paypal什么的，而且你如果是德国注册的，PP发过来的邮件肯定是德文。还有，在你的PP账户上钱没到之前不要发出任何货物

还有一个就是对方的PayPal Verification process属于个人隐私，PP没有权利透露给第三方这些信息

那如果是买家把钱都交了，卖家不发货怎么把钱再退回啊？
