why she should back to china?she still in marriage .how could she dorvice with the man? in this case, the man could keep the parternschip as long as posible in germany. this is unfair for the woman!my God,unglaubelich!german law just peteck the german.

只要有工作，不拿救济，就能留下来的，但是不一定能换成工作签证， 可以给1年或者期限的签证
