请教超市里烤蛋糕用的低筋粉是哪种?
如题{:5_336:} 550 550 好像是450自己再加点玉米粉调成所谓的低筋 405就可以用来烤蛋糕,protein含量~8%,550是相对高筋的,protein含量~11%type 405 for normal white wheat flour for baking
