处罚基本一样吧，新制一次最多扣2分，到顶了
而且新制度不能上学习班减分，所以一旦被扣分得更加小心夹着尾巴了

去年不就说了么。挺好，赶紧把不守规矩的驾驶员分数扣光，那样能少些事故
