各位前辈指导 这个passat variant kombi如何？多谢了 + 卖主来自欧盟其他国家怎么处理

刚刚有个VW Passat Variant Highline 1,9 TDI，性价比超高，情况是我之前没预料到的，坛子里高人多，帮我看看这个Deal里面有啥风险不，我贴下卖家给我的信，方便搞清形势：
We are Belgian people and we have German residence. We own a house in Germany and the car is registered there on my name. This is the reason why the announcement had been posted online as being located there. We live and we are currently located in Overpelt. The car is located here in the Overpelt too.
The car is in good condition (no technical problems and no accident history). There are no visible scratches and no rust (corrosion).
I am the first owner of the car. We decided to sell the car because this is the third car of the family.
The car had never been registered in Belgium. We decided not to register the car in Belgium because the taxes are bigger than in Germany. The car has german papers and german registration (deutsche kennzeichen/papiere). The inspections has been done always on time and the taxes has been paid in Germany as well, Tuv is till 10/2013
I can bring the car in Germany and we can meet. You can see/test the car and if you like it, we can do the deal.
We can meet this week (in the morning) somewhere in Germany

我刚好是开这一款的。差不多的年份，公里数比这个高一点。也是Highline。
车子很便宜，但是估计是黄牌，目前很多城市已经禁止黄牌车进入了。加个DPF可以改绿牌，大概要花费小1千。再加个倒车雷达估计小300.
如果车子是按时保养和换件的话，这个价格可以说是超值。车子无论是动力还是舒适性或者实用性，都很好。外观是见仁见智，我很喜欢这个车的外形的，Dachreling和车身的那条Kanten如果是镀成银色的话很提神的。保养费用也不高，我一般每年的维修费用在300到400欧元。
要注意的就是保养的怎么样，黄牌还是绿牌，有没有倒车雷达。如果要下手的话，要搞清楚接下来什么零件要更换，费用多少。不过这个车龄的车，有些零件只要不影响行车安全和车子的寿命，能不换就不换了。 pk369 发表于 2013-3-13 10:25 static/image/common/back.gif

加装DPF和倒车雷达这个费用如果在加到VK里面，貌似从成本上来说没占到便宜，还费功夫，你说呢？
外形我也很喜欢，即可家用，商用见客户也不丢脸，一举两得，我看到一款Kanten镀成银色的，真漂亮，但总体车况好，价格也高，想想还是算了。
你说的注意点我会和车主沟通，看看那边啥信息，能不换的件我肯定不换，开个两三年就换车了，嘿嘿 20万公里要动的东西会很多 看外观车主是个poser 居然用18寸的轮胎 车子状态估计好不了 macchiato1990 发表于 2013-3-13 11:49 static/image/common/back.gif

的确，加装DPF和倒车雷达后价格就显得不是那么有吸引力了，但是这两样是必须的。
要不，你看看我那辆？家里刚进了辆三系kombi，一直在犹豫要不要换小车呢...
