一年绑定的工作签证是不是太被动了，是不是应该等一下？

多谢啊，如果公司想要裁员的话，会很被动。

我是这么认为的，知道工作内容，能够做好，就不会被裁。不过没想到有限期的因素。

sigh, sometimes, the reason to be fired is not really due to the person, it also due to the atmosphere or the long-term plan, fluctuation of the company. Not a must, just a risk.

找个工作瞻前顾后，自己既然那么纠结，那就继续找下一家无期限的合同。

haha, yeah, it is a choice problem for two offers. well, need some advice, or probably just let self to put the question off, then it is like sort of relief. But, definitely need a careful thought!

不签的风险，将来连1年合同的工作都找不到。

关键在于你愿意承担哪个风险，这个取决于你自己咯。
