COMMERZBANK AG has announced a subscription rights offering. Subscription rights under the symbol CBKB have been issued for 2013-05-15. Rights were issued at a ratio of 1:1.
Terms of the offer are as follows:
Subscription Ratio: 20 shares for every 21 rights subscribed.
Subscription Price: EUR 4.50 per share
CBKB Trading Period: 2013-05-15 through 2013-05-24
Short Close Out Date: 2013-05-21
Minimum Rights Required to Exercise: 21 Rights
Is Over-subscription Available: No
Restricted Countries: None mentioned, however all investors must verify that they are not acting against their country regulations and mentioned restrictions in the prospectus.
Rights exercises, once submitted to the depository/agent, will no longer be eligible to be withdrawn.
Customers whose accounts are allocated a short position in the rights will have their short position closed on the above mentioned close-out date. For additional information on this process, please click on the Help icon at the bottom of this window.
The deadline to submit instructions for exercise will be 2013-05-22 09:00 (Europe/Zurich).
In the absence of an election, the subscription rights will expire worthless and be removed from your account.

配股是说给你个低价让股票持有者接着买入么？还是已经送给你了一些股票？
如果到22号不做任何操作，持有股票价格会有什么变化。

除权后的股价在 6,95 欧，今天已提前反映了，24号以后，股票价格要看公司的经营状况，以及投资人的信心 。

我亏了5000，2欧进的,TNND. 我买股票的时候，还许下愿望，希望价格长10倍，现在价格确实涨了10倍，只是由于增发而涨的，不是那种增值性质的，真够郁闷的。没想到我第一次抄德国股票就被深套。我希望增发那些高管赶快跳楼去。
