用Deutschland Pass火车晚点可以拿到Erstattung么？

最近买了DB的259欧的Deutschland Pass，上周五使用的时候定了座。但是由于每趟车都晚了十几二十分钟，加上由此产生的超长的转车时间，到达目的地时已经是晚了2个多小时，请问这种类似于月票一样的Deutschland Pass可以拿到Erstattung么？
