《柏林地区环保讲座》：中国的城市园林和社区农业，食品安全

赵天笑，来自北京的绿色环保卫士，在Müncheberg的生态“Apfeltraum”环保农场实习，将谈论他在德国的经历与在北京附近“小毛驴农场”社区支持农业的比较。
此外，来自中国文化和科学研究中心的艾娃博士，将介绍，并提供有关食品安全和有机食品在中国的现状。
时间：12月16日，晚上7：00开始

Urban gardening and community supported agriculture in China
Food safety is an issue of growing concern for Chinese urban citizens; more and more people are becoming actively engaged in projects promoting a healthy and environmentally friendly food.
Zhao Tianxiao, a green campaigner from Beijing and an intern on the bio-dynamic "Apfeltraum" farm in Müncheberg, will speak about his experiences with community supported agriculture on the "Little Donkey Farm" near Beijing. Dr. Eva Sternfeld, head of the Center for Cultural Studies on Science and Technology in China, will introduce him and provide general information about food safety and current state of organic food in China.

Speaker:
ZHAO Tianxiao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science from the Hebei University (China) and a Master’s degree in Aquaculture from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. He works as a program officer for the China program of the NGO Flora and Fauna International (FFI).
Dr. Eva Sternfeld is head of the China-Center. Prior to her work at TU Berlin she worked for a public environmental education center in Beijing for 8 years, where among other duties she was in charge of a consumer campaign to promote organic food. 可惜不在柏林，不然可以去听听了，挺有意思的题目{:5_394:}
