DHL转运公司说包裹超重需要补运费，可DHL显示已经在IPZ了，那现在包裹到底在哪里呢？

想咨询下，这个包裹时转运公司走的，显示6号在IPZ了，但是今天收到转运公司邮件，说包裹超重，需要补运费70元后，邮政公司才能放行。有点不明白，补钱没问题，但现在到底是转运公司卡住了还是DHL卡住了呢？ 因为给转运公司邮件没有得到回，各位有经验的大虾们帮我看看吧，帮我分析下吧！太谢谢了！

这家专运公司太黑了，现在不管超不超，也不管到没到国内，都要补钱，还说邮政不放行

我的包裹也是，自从3月30号就一直是这个状态。。。。

很多人拿这个系统说事，关键是超重的包裹，如果不缴费，DHL要和转运公司收费。 转运公司完全可以先把你的包裹扣下，让你缴费，然后再转给DHL。
