请问airbnb的房子长租的话能落户吗

因为房主她人在丹麦，房子是可以无限期租的，她想让我通过airbnb相互付款，但是这样能落户吗？

理论上有合同就可以。不过楼主小心，我之前在immscount24上看到有房屋出租房东也说是丹麦还是瑞典什么的，其实是骗子。

骗子说德语是翻译过来的，可以写英语，看这个英语应该也Google过。这封信后房源就删了。
