我在网上看到一个卖家的东西我很喜欢，经联系，他发来这么一段话

I propose you a way :
make a Western Union transfer to any name ( Bill Gates...Michael Jackson...Roberto Carlos...Michael Schumacher....) in my country . After you will made the transfer and send me the Western Union paper scanned (the paper who you get from the Western Union office ) andI will start the shipping to you. After you will have the products please go at Western Union office and change the name to can pick up the funds... You must put my name (xxxxxxxx ).....is ok ?


这样做安全吗？银行给我的转帐证明上面有密码吗？如果没有，发给他，他可以取出钱来吗？

西联是没有保证的付款方式, 在Ebay论坛有说明.

他的意思是，你随便写人名汇钱去，然后给密码他，然后他发货你，你收货后改他的名字，然后他可以去取钱

西联运作程序：
填写一张表格，钱交给西联后，西联会给你一个10位数（还是13位忘了）的号码，你可以吧这个密码告诉接收人，西联在各国都有合作的单位(中国好像是农行和邮政局)，接收人需要到当地合作单位并报出你的姓名和密码，并带上自己的身份证，就可以拿到钱了，基本上1，2天就可以收到

呵呵。10位数字的密码，不需要1，2天，3分钟左右后就可以去取了。。
方便是方便。。手续费有点高，要是楼主只有很少的钱。。觉得用这个比较亏
而且去REISEBANK去汇，那里的手续费是最低的，20欧起价的。。其他的地方都比较高。。。
