Of couse in germany. In china, its not enough for 2. Dont know where u live, but in MANNHEIM, in the city center, should be possible and with a small size apt, is easy to rent out. Mannheim uni here, and in ludwigshafen, there is basf, south asia institute, nurse school...

you could check out the old peoples houses, the rent can be low but its kind of guaranteed
正常工薪族就是放银行或者投资基金这些了,做生意的话,这点钱不多,只能做为流动资金

亲，我来德多年，英文不好捏，别考我了。it is good idea to buy two small App,but i want buy in Berlin or Hamburg , maybe too littel Money for such City.
当首付的话能买个三四十w的房子了

我们这里的山林加果园，也不3000欧左右一年的租金，然后剩下的钱投资做观光农场。
