看头网上有不少小户型20平方左右的学生公寓，请问有人了解这方面的投资吗？

As a owner, you can be any person, not only limited to the student. You might have to rent the apartment to a student, you need to talk with the developer,case by case.

只能租给学生，允许自住，每个项目都是不一样的，得问开发商
