请教一下股息分红的问题

In order to be entitled to the dividend payment after the annual meeting, you need to buy the shares (ISIN: DE 000 7100000) at the latest on the day of the Annual Meeting. A minimum period of holding the shares before or after the Annual Meeting is not required. In case of a purchase off-exchange/ over-the-counter deviations may apply. 股东大会前买到股票了就能拿到分红，问题是你为啥要这个分红呢？股东大会之后股票价格就会按分红多少被降价的，国内叫除权，德国叫ex Dividende，也就是假如说没有其他影响股价的消息的话，你在股东大会之前买到的股价比如是4欧元，然后股东大会宣布美股分红1欧元，那么股东大会之后你会得到1欧元的现金分红，同时股票价格变成了3欧元。你并没有因为是否拿到分红而得到任何实际好处呀，甚至你还得为分红交税……虽然那个钱本来就是你自己的。 今年的股价跌到这样，还会有分红? D.Rich 发表于 2020-3-22 15:42
