Responsibilities
[*]Finance: 1, Effectively coordinate financial relevant issues between Berlin, Munich and Beijing team on financial planning and analysis, ODI documents preparing and following-up, commercial invoice collection, etc. to meet financial management requirement.2, Build up close connection and relationship with third party financial accounting company on document providing, information communication and monitoring financial report's quality as well.3, Actively support local government, tax bureau and audit agency on government subsidy, bank and tax, annual audit related issues in line with policy and compliance requirement.4, According to monthly closing schedule, timely provide relevant financial information to Beijing team including inter-company transactions, cost and expenditure, project cost allocation and bank statement, etc. 5, Proactively optimize the financial process from efficiency and quality point of view between China and Germany.
[*]Procurement:1, Make purchase plan according to project requirement. Effectively cooperate with Product Managers and R&D function to fully take leverage of the supply market resources.2, Develop new supplier and improve supplier performance from contract, cost reduction, on-time and on-quality delivery side to meet company target.3, Responsible for contract management, supplier relationship and Risk management.4, Closely work with Berlin, Munich and Beijing for cross project purchase and communication.
[*]Import and Export:1, Familiar with import and export regulations, laws and related government requirements. Be the key contact person on China-Germany import and export affairs.2, Manage import and export of cargo, gather, audit and maintain files of all necessary import documentation for customs clearance, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.3, Track the status of goods shipment, Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving warehouse stores.4, Cooperate closely with Beijing purchase team, Berlin and Munich operation and RD team to handle routine and special cases.Qualification- Bachelor or Master degree major in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business administration with working experience more than 5 years.- Working experience on sourcing, import and export in the area of automotive supply chain is preferred.- At least 2 years experience with company operation in Germany
