西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金
西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金由西安市政府设立，旨在为共建“一带一路”国家来华留学生提供奖学金支持，鼓励优秀学生来西安学习。
Xi’an Municipal “Belt & Road” Scholarship Program
Xi’an Municipal Government established Xi’an Belt and Road Scholarship for International Students to attract outstanding students from Belt and Road partner countries to study in Xi'an.

01资助标准 Scholarship Coverage
西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金仅向新生提供第一年生活费资助，标准如下：
博士研究生：25000元/人
硕士研究生：20000元/人
本科生：15000元/人
汉语进修生：1000元/人/月，累计期限不超过10个月
注：学生须在报到注册时缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等。如奖学金申请通过，将依据相关规定发放奖学金。
The scholarship provides funding for the first-year living expenses of new students. The standards are as follows:
Doctoral Programs: 25,000 CNY/person
Master Programs: 20,000 CNY/person
Bachelor Programs: 15,000 CNY/person
Chinese Language Programs: 1000 CNY/month/person. Duration for providing scholarships is no more than 10 months.
Note: The students must pay tuition, accommodation and insurance fees when registering. If the scholarship application is approved, the scholarship will be issued in accordance with the relevant regulations.
02资助对象 Eligiblity
1.本年度秋季学期录取新生
2.拥有共建“一带一路”国家国籍，持有有效外国普通护照，对华友好，身心健康
3.品行端正，遵纪守法，勤奋好学，无违反中国法律法规和校纪校规行为
4.本科奖学金申请者年龄不超过30周岁，硕士奖学金申请者年龄不超过35周岁，博士奖学金申请者年龄不超过40周岁，汉语进修生可放宽至45周岁以下。(年龄计算统一以2025年9月1日为准)
5.未享受其他资助类奖学金
1.New students admitted to the autumn semester of this academic year.
2.Possess a valid ordinary passport of Belt and Road partner countries, be friendly towards China, and be in good physical and mental health.
3.With good morals, comply with the laws and regulations, hardworking and studious, without any behavior of violating Chinese laws, regulations and school discipline rules.
4.Doctoral program applicants shall be under the age of 40. Master program applicants shall be under the age of 35. Bachelor program applicants shall be under the age of 30. Chinese Language Program applicants shall be under the age of 45 (The age is calculated as of September 1, 2025).
5.Not receiving any other scholarship.

按系统提示，提交对应项目要求的材料并支付报名费，及时关注邮箱，查看录取信息。

Submit the materials as required and pay the application fee. Please pay close attention to your email to check the admission information.
申请西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金者，需在系统上传提交《西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金申请表》。
Fill in the Application Form for Xi’an Municipal “Belt & Road” Scholarship and submit it on application system.
学校对西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金申请者进行资格初审。未按要求提交材料者，视为弃权。
NWU conducts a preliminary review of the applicants' eligibility. Those who fail to submit the materials as required will be regarded as having waived their applications.
奖学金最终获得与否由西安市教育局统一评审后确定。
The final results of the scholarship will be determined by the Xi'an Education Bureau after evaluation.
