申请资格
1.拥有“一带一路”国家国籍，持有有效外国普通护照，对华友好，身体健康；
2.申请人品行端正，遵纪守法，勤奋好学，无违反中国法律法规和校纪校规行为；
3.申请者学历和年龄要求(年龄以2025年9月1日计)：
(1)攻读硕士学位者应具有学士学位，年龄在35周岁以下；
(2)攻读学士学位者应具有相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历，年龄30周岁以下；
(3)非学历汉语进修者年龄在45周岁以下；
4.语言要求：
(1)攻读学士学位者需通过HSK四级；
(2)攻读硕士学位者需通过HSK五级；
5.未享受其他奖学金。
I. Eligibility for Application
1.Applicants must hold the nationality of a "Belt and Road" country, possess a valid ordinary foreign passport, be friendly towards China, and be in good health.
2.Applicants should have good conduct, abide by laws and regulations, be diligent in studies, and have no record of violating Chinese laws, regulations, or school discipline.
3.Educational Background and Age Requirements (Age calculated as of September 1, 2025):
(1)Applicants for a Master's degree should hold a Bachelor's degree and be under 35 years of age.
(2)Applicants for a Bachelor's degree should have an educational background equivalent to a high school diploma in China and be under 30 years of age.
(3)Non-degree Chinese language trainees should be under 45 years of age.
4.Language Requirements:
(1)Applicants for a Bachelor's degree must pass HSK Level 4.
(2)Applicants for a Master's degree must pass HSK Level 5.
5.Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarships.

奖学金内容
注：西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金仅提供第一年资助，学生须在报到注册时缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等；如奖学金申请通过，将依据相关规定发放奖学金。

申请材料
1.《西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金申请表》；
2.《陕西中医药大学外国留学生来华学习申请表》；
3.《外国人体格检查表》；
4.个人护照及有效签证复印件（护照须在递交申请之日起6个月内有效）；
5.最高学历证书和（或）学位证书扫描件，前一学习阶段成绩单扫描件；
6.有效语言水平证明（HSK）扫描件；
7.800字汉语撰写的学习计划（汉语进修生者可不提供）；
8.无犯罪记录证明；
9.攻读硕士学位者需提供两名教授或副教授的推荐信；
10.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件;
11.电子照片：近期彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式照片，以护照号码命名。
III. Application Materials
1.Application Form for the "Xi'an 'Belt and Road' International Students Scholarship".
2.Application Form for International Students to Study at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine.
3.Physical Examination Form for Foreigners.
4.Copies of personal passport and valid visa (the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application submission).
5.Scanned copies of the highest academic degree certificate and/or diploma, and scanned copies of the transcript from the previous academic stage.
6.Scanned copies of valid language proficiency certificates (HSK).
7.An 800-word study plan written in Chinese (not required for Chinese language trainees).
8.Certificate of no criminal record.
9.Applicants for a Master's degree must provide two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors.
10.Applicants under 18 years of age must submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardian in China.
11.Digital photo: A recent 2-inch color passport photo with a white background and no border, the head should occupy 2/3 of the photo size, the photo size should be no less than 320*240 pixels, with a height-to-width ratio of 4:3, and the file size should be between 100-500KB in JPG format, named with the passport number.

申请专业
专业不限，我校所开设本科和硕士研究生专业均可申请，详见附件1和附件2。
IV. List of Applied Majors
There is no restriction on the major. All undergraduate and master's degree programs offered by our university are open for application. For details, please refer to Annex 1 and Annex 2.

申请程序
1.申请者登录国际教育学院网站下载并填写《西安市“一带一路”外国留学生奖学金申请表》《陕西中医药大学外国留学生来华学习申请表》《外国人体格检查表》；
2.申请者将入学申请材料扫描件发送至国际教育学院邮箱；
3.国际教育学院对申请者提交的材料进行初审；
4.学校组织考试，确定拟推荐人员名单。
VI. Application Procedure
1.Applicants should visit the website of the School of International Education to download and fill in the Application Form for the "Xi'an 'Belt and Road' International Students Scholarship," the Application Form for International Students to Study at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, and the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners.
2.Applicants should send the scanned copies of the application materials to the email address of the School of International Education.
3.The School of International Education will conduct a preliminary review of the materials submitted by the applicants.
4.The university will organize exams and determine the list of recommended candidates.
