广州新华学院（前身中山大学新华学院），创立于2005年，是一所涵盖了经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、医学、管理学、艺术学等学科的多科性全日制普通本科高等学校，现有广州校区和东莞校区，占地面积2185亩，广州校区位于广州市天河区，风光旖旎的火炉山与省会核心区遥相呼应，以得天独厚的便捷交通和优质资源，助力师生梦想成真；东莞校区位于东莞市麻涌镇，有麻涌河及华阳湖国家生态湿地公园环绕，自然环境优美，山水相映生辉，是求知治学的理想胜地。现面向全国招生，已招收20届学生，在校生两万余人。
Guangzhou Xinhua University, formerly known as Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University. It was established in 2005. It is a multidisciplinary full-time undergraduate higher education institution covering Economics, Law, Education, Literature, Science, Engineering, Medicine, Management, Art and other disciplines.The university has two campuses: the Guangzhou Campus and the Dongguan Campus, covering an area of 145.67 hectares. The Guangzhou Campus is situated in Tianhe District, where the picturesque Huolu Mountain complements the bustling urban center. Benefiting from unparalleled transportation convenience and premium resources, it provides an ideal environment for both faculty and students to realize their aspirations. The Dongguan Campus is located in Machong Town, enveloped by the Machong River and the Huayang Lake National Wetland Park. With its serene natural landscape harmoniously blending mountains and waters, it serves as a premier destination for academic pursuit and scholarly endeavors. The University admits students nationwide. Up to now 20 batches of students have been enrolled and there are currently over 25,000 enrolled students.

招生概况
非学籍学生：
非学籍学生学制为一学期至一学年，分为春季和秋季两学期。所有接受国际学生的专业都对非学术性学生开放。
现招收2026年春季入学学生。
Non-academic Students：
The duration of schooling is from one semester to one academic year,and classes areavailable in both the spring and autumn semesters.All majors that accept internationalstudents are open to non-academic students.

招收对象：
期望通过汉语研修班学习，了解中华文化，启发、提高汉语学习水平的外籍人士。
Target Applicants:
Foreign nationals who wish to gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and seek to inspire and enhance their Chinese language proficiency through the Chinese Language Training Program.
春季入学网上报名时间：
2025年8月1日-2025年11月1日。
Spring Intake Online Application Period:
August 1, 2025 – November 1, 2025.
课程内容及优势：
课程含汉语综合课、汉语听说课，使学生在短期内提高汉语的交际能力；
融入广东特色，结合我校优势，提供书法、绘画、武术、民族舞蹈等第二课堂课程；
校内外学生活动丰富，定期组织留学生参观、交流。
1.上述课程以最终实际安排情况为准；
2.最少成班人数13人；
3.申请人需在我校报名平台上报名并通过审核。
Program Curriculum & Advantages:
Core Language Courses – Includes Comprehensive Chinese and Chinese Listening & Speaking classes,designed to rapidly improve students' communicative competence in Mandarin.
Cultural Electives – Leveraging our university’s strengths and Guangdong’s local culture, we offer second-classroom courses such as calligraphy, painting, martial arts, and traditional dance.
Extracurricular Activities – A variety of on- and off-campus events, including regular cultural excursions and exchange programs for international students.
Notes:
1.The final course schedule is subject to adjustments.
2.A minimum of 13 enrolled students is required to form a class.
3.Applicants must complete registration and pass the review process on the university’s official application platform.

一、报名条件：
申请人需满足以下条件：
1.符合申请学习类签证条件者，且年龄在18-35 周岁；
2.遵守中国法律法规，遵守学校纪校规；
3.身心健康。对于隐瞒健康状况造成的突发疾病无法继续学习或因学生个人原因无法取得签证的情况，学费不予退还；
4.其他根据中国法律及大学规章制度被视为应满足的条件；
5.高中毕业。
I.Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1.Visa & Age Requirement: Eligible for a study visa and aged between 18–35 years old.
2.Legal Compliance: Adherence to Chinese laws and university regulations.
3.Health & Responsibility:Physically and mentally healthy. Tuition fees will not be refunded in cases of: Undisclosed health issues leading to sudden withdrawal; Failure to obtain a visa due to personal reasons.
4.Additional Requirements: Any other conditions stipulated by Chinese law or university policies.
5.Education Background: High school graduate or equivalent.
二、费用明细：
1.学费：人民币8850元/人/学期；17700元/人/学年
2.报名费：人民币500元/人(仅首次报名时需要)
3.保险：人民币400元/人/学期；800元/人/学年（根据中国教育规定，来华留学生应购买保险。学生需自行在保险平台购买）
4.住宿费：
两房一厅套间：1800元/月/人/房 单间大床房：1800元/月/人/房 （以上为公寓式住宿，含水费和基本管理费，配备洗衣机、空调、电视机等基本生活电器，不包电费）；
学校学生宿舍价格：人民币3180元/人/学期；6360元/人/学年（以上为四人间）
人民币6360元/人/学期；12720元/人/学年（以上为二人间）
1.寒暑假学校封校，不提供住宿；
2.一次性需缴清五个月住宿费；
3.校内住宿以学校最终解释权为准。
II.Fee and Accommodation Standards:
1.Tuition Fees:
Per Semester: RMB 8,850 per student
Per Academic Year: RMB 17,700 per student
2.Application Fee:
RMB 500 per applicant (one-time payment for initial registration only)
3.Insurance Fees:
Per Semester: RMB 400 per student
Per Academic Year: RMB 800 per student
(Note: In compliance with Chinese education regulations, all international students are required to purchase insurance through the designated insurance platform.)
4.Accommodation Options:
A. Serviced Apartments
Two-bedroom apartment suite: RMB 1,800/month per room
Single room (queen bed): RMB 1,800/month per room
Features: Includes water and basic management fees；Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, TV and other basic appliances；Electricity not included。
B.University Dormitories
Per Semester: RMB 3,180 per student ；Per Academic Year: RMB 6,360 per student（Above designated for four occupants)
Per Semester: RMB 6,360 per student
Per Academic Year: RMB 12,720 per student（Above designated for double occupants)
Important Notes:
1.Holiday Policy: Campus accommodations are closed during winter/summer vacations
2.Payment Requirement: Five months' rent must be paid in full upon check-in for apartment options
3.Final Authority: All accommodation arrangements are subject to the university's final approval and policies.

三、录取及签证：
根据相关法律法规，学院接到申请材料后，即进行入学初审，并申请《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（简称JW202表），完成全部申请流程大概需要3个月。学院将根据需求发放录取通知书，学生持录取通知书和JW202表到当地中国使领馆申请学生签证，按照报到时间来校注册报到。
III. Admission and Visa
According to relevant laws and regulations, after the application of a student is received, the college will conduct the initial review and apply for JW202 form (Visa application form for study in China), it will take about 3 months for all the procedure. Admission Notice will be sent to the students as required. Students should apply for Student’s visa (“X1” visa) to the Chinese embassy or consulate in your own countries with JW202 form and Admission Notice, then come to the college to register as required.
如果您曾在中国的任何一所大学学习过，还需要提交成绩单，考勤证明(80%以上)和转学证明，具体要求将通过邮件通知。部分国家的留学生需提交经中国大使馆公证的《无犯罪证明》和个人简历，具体要求将通过邮件通知。部分国家的学生需要提交财务经济证明，具体要求将通过邮件通知。
If you have studied in any university in China, please provide your passport, visa page, transcript, attendance certificate (more than 80%) and transfer certificate. The specific requirements will be notified by email. International students from some countries are required to submit a certificate of no crime and resume notarized by the Chinese embassy.
