On the afternoon of August 28, 2025, the Uzbekistan-China Economic and Trade Investment Promotion Forum was successfully held at the Beijing International Convention Center. The forum was co-hosted by the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China, and the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and organized by the Uzbekistan-Uzbek-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
乌兹别克斯坦共和国副总理贾姆希德·霍贾耶夫致开幕辞，中国贸促会副会长李庆霜、乌兹别克斯坦共和国工商会特聘顾问沙伊霍夫·阿利舍尔出席并致辞。论坛吸引了中乌两国政府、商协会及企业代表逾1000人，充分彰显了两国经贸合作的巨大潜力和广泛吸引力，不仅为两国企业提供了高效务实的交流平台，更彰显了在“一带一路”倡议下，中乌两国经贸关系日益紧密、合作不断深化的良好态势。Vice Premier of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Hovajayev, delivered an opening speech. Li Qingshuang, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and Shaykhov Aliyesh, a specially appointed advisor to the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended and spoke. The forum attracted over 1,000 representatives from government, business associations, and enterprises from both China and Uzbekistan, fully demonstrating the huge potential and wide appeal of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. It not only provided an efficient and practical platform for exchanges between enterprises but also highlighted the good trend of increasingly close economic and trade relations and deepening cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

乌兹别克斯坦共和国副总理贾姆希德·霍贾耶夫在开幕致辞中强调，乌兹别克斯坦视中国为最重要的战略伙伴之一，当前乌方正持续推进经济改革和对外开放，为中国投资者提供了广阔的市场和丰富的机遇，呼吁两国企业界把握时机，深化合作，实现互利共赢。中国贸促会副会长李庆霜在致辞中表示，中乌两国经济互补性强，合作潜力巨大，中国贸促会将继续发挥桥梁纽带作用，为企业提供全方位服务，助力两国经贸关系迈向更高水平。乌兹别克斯坦共和国工商会特聘顾问沙伊霍夫·阿利舍尔在致辞中表示当前乌兹别克斯坦营商环境持续优化，产业需求旺盛，呼吁双方企业深入挖掘各领域合作潜力。
Vice Premier of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjaev, emphasized in his opening speech that Uzbekistan regards China as one of its most important strategic partners. Currently, Uzbekistan is continuously advancing economic reforms and opening up to the outside world, providing a vast market and rich opportunities for Chinese investors. He called on both countries' business communities to seize the opportunity, deepen cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Li Qingshuang, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), stated in her speech that the economies of China and Uzbekistan complement each other strongly and have great potential for cooperation. The CCPIT will continue to play a bridging role, provide comprehensive services for enterprises, and help advance bilateral economic and trade relations to a higher level. Shaykhov Aliyser, Special Advisor to the Business Chamber of Uzbekistan, said in his speech that the current business environment in Uzbekistan continues to be optimized, with strong industrial demand, and called on both sides' enterprises to deeply explore the potential for cooperation in various fields.

论坛期间，乌兹别克斯坦投资、工业与贸易部外国投资吸引署署长曼苏尔·拉苏列夫先生系统介绍了该国的投资环境、优惠政策以及重点引资领域。矿业地质部副部长乌拉尔·尤苏波夫、皮革工业协会主席阿克巴尔·苏尔塔诺夫、纺织工业协会主席贾苏尔·鲁斯坦别科夫，以及冶金协会主席古尔巴霍尔·托吉米尔扎耶娃，分别围绕能源矿业、皮革加工、纺织制造和冶金工业等领域的合作机遇作了专题推介。此外，撒马尔罕州副州长胡尔希德·萨米耶夫与吉扎克州第一副州长扎法尔·阿西莫夫也分别阐述了各自地区的区位优势、产业特色和重点项目，并热情邀请中国企业前往投资兴业。
During the forum, Mr. Mansur Rassulev, Director of the Foreign Investment Attraction Department of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, systematically introduced the country's investment environment, preferential policies, and key areas for attracting investment. Ural Yusupov, Deputy Minister of Mining and Geology, Akbar Sultanov, Chairman of the Leather Industry Association, Jasur Rustambekov, Chairman of the Textile Industry Association, and Gulbahor Tokhimirzayeva, Chairman of the Metallurgical Association, made special presentations on cooperation opportunities in energy mining, leather processing, textile manufacturing, and metallurgy industries, respectively. In addition, Hulshid Samiyev, Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region, and Zafar Asimov, First Deputy Governor of Jizak Region, also elaborated on their respective regions' location advantages, industrial characteristics, and key projects, and warmly invited Chinese enterprises to invest and do business there.

在会场千余名与会嘉宾及企业的共同见证下，国内23家涵盖能源、医疗等领域的企业，与乌兹别克斯坦相关部门和企业举行了合作意向文件交换仪式。这不仅标志着双方在投资促进、产业协同、商会协作等多领域达成深度共识，更通过系统化的合作框架为后续具体项目的落地实施构建了坚实支撑体系，开启全方位、多层次的务实合作新征程。Witnessed by over a thousand participants and enterprises at the venue, 23 domestic companies covering fields such as energy and healthcare held a cooperation intention document exchange ceremony with relevant departments and enterprises of Uzbekistan. This not only signifies that both sides have reached a deep consensus in multiple areas such as investment promotion, industrial collaboration, and chamber of commerce coordination, but also constructs a solid support system for the implementation of subsequent specific projects through a systematic cooperation framework, embarking on a new journey of practical cooperation that is all-round and multi-level.

作为本次论坛的重点环节，现场举办了按领域精准划分的"B2B"和"G2B"对接洽谈会。在主办方与乌中商会的精心筹备和组织下，两国企业代表围绕具体合作项目展开深入洽谈，现场交流热烈，互动频繁。通过精准匹配和高效对接，多家企业达成合作意向。庞大的参会规模为对接活动提供了丰富的合作资源，为后续深化合作奠定了坚实基础。
As a key session of this forum, on-site matchmaking meetings for B2B and G2B were held, precisely divided by sector. Under the meticulous preparation and organization of the organizers and the Urumqi Chamber of Commerce, representatives from enterprises from both countries engaged in in-depth discussions around specific cooperation projects. The exchanges at the site were lively and interactive. Through precise matching and efficient docking, many enterprises reached cooperation intentions. The large scale of participation provided rich cooperation resources for the matchmaking activities and laid a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation.
