Fold (mountain fold) the paper in half.

Fold the lower half in half.

Unfold everything and you will have 4 equal sections (this was done by folding the halves in half).

Follow the previous steps #1-5 to the other side of the paper so that you now have 16 equal squares

Fold in half.
