my compute can't write chinese.when i want to write in chinese, it will close the process(word/ the homepage). and it is worse, when i use any software, it reads that xxx.exe has problem and needs to close. And i also can't close thecomputer, it happens to be blue and says that unknown hard error. what can i do now?

i use winXP and RUIXIN says there was no virus in my computer

这个和中文输入法无关，机子看起来有一些毛病。不确定是软件还是硬件。
如果急用中文输入，可以试试网页输入法 http://www.inputking.com in case of your computer is able to visit it.
