Hi, Standesamt Nr. is civil registry office number. In Germany, each city or town has a code number is Standesamt Nr. It is where you registrated your birth, ID, marriage, ect. We china doesnt has this, then just leave it. I checked my family book, my Standesamt Nr.is blank.

能说一下你办理结婚时所提交的出生证吗？

拿着你的身份证和户口本到你所在城市的公证处办理就可以了，哪里的工作人员知道该怎么办的。我当时是通过一个中介办的，那人带我去了公证处就带了这些东西，什么也没做就办好了，白交了中介费，唉。。。
