Hi, this is AAA calling from .... regarding .....
紧接着,how are you doing?
I am alright.
I am doing OK
Good, yourself?
I am excellent, thank you.

right... sure...well....
简洁地用: I am sorry? (上升语调), Pardon me?

Thanks for your call, hope
we talk soon later.

GOOD LUCK !

1. there are quite a few helpful articles about every steps in job hunting
including phone interview, onsite interview, follow-up etc on monster.com. go
check it out;

2. read your resume at least ten times and do some research on it--make sure
it lists your strength and your achievements relevant to the position you are
applying for. get familiar with the company that you are aplying, try tailor
your resume for each position.

3. prepare answers to some commonly asked questions, like what's your
strength? what's the least favorite thing to do? etc. these questions are
mostly likely to be asked over the phone. do some rehearsal by youself or in
front of your friends.

flooding out resumes is a first step like casting a net, being well prepared
is more important in catchng the fish.
