夸克底：
75克 德国夸克
3大勺 牛奶
3大勺 沙拉油
1/2小勺 香草精
2大勺 砂糖
小撮食盐
150克 中筋粉
7克 烤粉
罂粟仔馅：
500克 牛奶
40克 植物牛油
60克 粗麦
200克 罂粟仔
90克 砂糖
1个 大号鸡蛋
小撮 肉桂粉
表层：
100克 中筋粉
50克 砂糖
50克 牛油
Quark Dough:
75 g Quark
3 tbsp Milk
3 tbsp Salad oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of salt
150 g All-purpose Flour
7 g Baking powder
Poppy Seed Filling:
500 ml Milk
40 g Margarine
60 g Semolina
200 g Ground poppy seed
90 g Sugar
1 pc Egg, big
Pinch of cinnamon
Streusel Topping:
100 g All-purpose flour
50 g Sugar
50 g Butter

1. 将夸克底的前6项原料混合，然后筛入面粉和烤粉，混合拌匀成团。用保鲜膜包好入冰箱松弛30分钟。
Combine first 6 items for the dough, then sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until it is completely incorporated. Wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

2. 馅料中的牛奶和植物牛油放到小锅里，低火烧开，加入粗麦煮上5分钟左右。离火稍微晾凉5分钟。拌入罂粟仔，砂糖，鸡蛋和肉桂粉。
Combine milk and margarine in a saucepan. Cook over the low heat until lightly boiled, then add in semolina and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Blend in poppy, sugar, egg and cinnamon.


3. 表层材料中的砂糖和面粉混合放到一个中盆里。加入牛油搓成粗粒状。
To prepare the streusel, in a medium bowl, mix together sugar and flour. Stir in the butter and mix until clumps form.

4. 取出夸克底，放到一个抹油的26厘米烤模里，轻轻推向周圈，高度约为3厘米。将罂粟仔馅倒入，然后洒上表层材料。入180C/350F烤箱烘焙大约40分钟直到金黄色。取出架上晾凉。
Take out the dough and lightly press it against the bottom and sides (up to 3cm high) of a greased 26cm springform pan. Gradually pour in the poppy mixture and sprinkle the streusel on the top. Bake in preheated 180C/350F oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a rack.
