90天许可可以用在正式工作中吗？
今天申请工作签证，带去了4er Zeugnis。移民局大哥：没有正式Zeugnis吗？
答：在等。但合同三月一日开始了。
移民局大哥仔细研究了我的签证后说：你现在不是有90天工作许可吗，可以先干三个月，这期间什么时候拿到正式Zeugnis,再来找吾申请正式的工作许可吧.

怎么每个地方的移民局的规定都不一样啊， 我们这里用4er Zeugnis是可以的， 也有人用那个90天的工作证明先以打工的身份开始上班的，只要公司同意就可以了，就怕公司觉得这样有点冒险， 万一你办不出来工作签证那前面的三个月就有点亏了。
所以先和公司沟通一下吧， 然后催一下毕业证！ 楼上两位，什么是4er Zeugnis啊？$害羞$ To kaefer: America firm! I'm $ addict :-) I prefer an international working environment.
To upstairs: The "4er Zeugnis" provided by the supervisor professor, means you can pass your thesis anyway, nevertheless at this moment the result is still not decided. This could be used with an attestation from the secretary declaring you passed all diploma exams to apply the indefinite working permission in most cases.
