需要涵盖酶,免疫,生物受体,DNA复制过程,单克隆抗体,

http://www.dolc.de/forum/viewthread.php?tid=466533&extra=page%3D1 我不学生化，做Silicon on Insulator上的分子识别的物理部分，要用到些生化的知识，比如，抗体与抗原间的作用，DNA双旋间的作用。。。生物识别事件发生后会引起物理变化，由此探测信号，其实生化不是我的事，有做生化的部分的，我不想只从门外汉的角度来研究这些东西，每次有些鸡同鸭讲的感觉，所以想多看点生化的东西
王镜岩的生化 上册我有了，啃起来太慢 我觉得这两本都是好懂得书，都是重点地概要，而且我在国内买的英文版，每本70元左右!
