快要毕业了, 准备找工作.求职网站上的职位介绍里有的没写学位要求,有的写明要bachelor或者diplom, master, 少数的会写phd
请问是不是如果写明了要bachelor或者diplom/master, 那么PhD的就不在考虑范围内了?
感觉要phd的好少啊$郁闷$
大家有什么经验么?
另外, 在大学里做项目通常算是有工作经验吧?
P.S., 俺是学电子的, 通信方向.

好可怜啊，这年头，博士要跟硕士学士抢位子。。。 It depends on whether your major is hot in industry. But I think it is indeed easier for a master or diplom student to find a job in Germany, since the lowest salary is set lower than the graduated phd students. When it comes to individuals however, it is purely luck. Anyway, the job market is still much much better than in China.
It is not a good idea to apply some jobs that are for masters. The company will think that you might switch to a higher level job since obviously this job is too simple for you and they could hire a master student who can do that with even lower salary. Why should they hire you? When you started your phd, you already know that it is much specified and after you obtained your doctor's degree, you are proved that you have the ability to handle complicated things. But this will not increase your opportunity to find a suitable job, as a matter of fact it is less likely to find one since you are among the top of the pyramid.
One way to land an industrial job is to attend conferences in your area as many as possible. There will be companies sending some representatives to do some promotion (at least in my area it seems so). You can simply attend their talks and get some ideas about what kind of research they are involved in and hence know what kind of people they might recruit. You can also talk with some of them and you may get some info that's not simply posted on their website. Just my 2 cent. Good luck. Of course, this is based on the fact that you don't wanna drop your major and want to work in the R&D. If you just want to find a postdoc position, it is easier. Sometimes you can even find one that is irrelevant from your phd work.

似乎绝大多数都没这样写的 真是饱得撑死，饿得饿死。我当年就是发现招聘广告上尽是博士或N年工作经验的硕士，才发狠读的博士$angry $angry
