有称Wohnunggeld, 就是指Hausmeister管理费，垃圾处理费用等，这些统称Hausgeld

我觉得贵，但是确实这样房子有。
我看得一个房子，就是一个人nebenkosten 110,两个人220欧一个月。
我问为什么那么贵，结果房东大光其火。唉。

my apartment is 55 square meters, and nebenkosten is 120 euros per month, which includes water and others but doesn't include electricity. I feet it is a bit expensive.

我以前一个人住Einzimmerapartment的时候，只有22平方，Nebenkosten也有110了。

那得看看都包什么了，如果包暖气一般都要一百多，还可以了。。。。反正到时候是多退少补的。

如果不包电，不包暖气只包水和杂费就有点多了。。看合同吧！
