有人了解德国的Junior Scientist计划吗？
就是那种拿到PhD不超过五年，在学校/研究所里拿到这么个相当于副教授的位置，可能有DFG或SFB的几年资助，做个项目，结束后能升就升，不能升就（不知道了）……谁知道吗？能给讲讲不？ LZ meint Juniorprofessor? Der Juniorprofessor ist in keinen Sinn vergleichbar wie der associate/assistent professor in US. Der Juniorprofessor ist zwar eigenständig und darf Dortorranden betreuen. aber, die Stelle ist befrist auf 3-5 Jahren. Das heisst, der musst sich während dieser Zeit weiter bewerben und darf meistens nach dieser Zeit nicht an der selben Uni wo er Juniorprofessor ist bleiben. JUNIOR SCIENTIST was first introduced 7or 8 years ago when young scientist left GErmany to the US as there were only opportunities for C3 or big C4 professors. On getting such a position you are allowed to take phD students and hire postdocs if they have grants, and they are entitled to apply for grants individually. This position enjoys equivalent conditions like the assistant professors, but not the same as most of time time, they are still coupled to a big boss, but not obligatory. 这个在德国教育界是很不错的改革。

多了去了 这个东西好像没有怎么普及。。。
我们大学基本上没有这个位置，把这些钱直接给habi之后的了。。 那……不会德语可以做Habi吗？
