no, there is no possiblity for you to get a storage near theconsulate.One suggestion is to use the Frankfurt Hbf, there should be automatic storage services...

可以的，在安检的时候，检查人员会让你把手机存放在他们那里，然后给你一张小条，出来后凭小条取东西。我就把手机放他们那里的。
