在ebay上没法买东西

才申请了一个ebay的账户，但是有一天想在上面买东西，居然不让我用，要我把我的个人证件给他们，很奇怪。
有人碰到过这种事情吗？

是在德国注册的，但是邮箱不是德国的，我也奇怪怎么会给我英文信，但是到二封回信，就用的是德文的

ebay现在越来越复杂了 我同学开了一个账户 激活了 可以拍东西 但是卖不来东西 而且连给相关物品卖家写信问问题都不可以联系过ebay几次都无法得到解决eBay 客服太不专业了, 一帮子SX就知道整天赚钱不干点事实~!!!!
