I am doing my internship in a bank in Frankfurt now. I studied Business Administration in Austria and just got finish now. So I am facing the problem of finding a good job lr. I heard that it is even more difficult regarding the visa issues in Germany than in Austria. Anyway I did not know it exactly and I also heard that the labour market in Swizerland seems good at the moment. Mmmmh so I should beginn very soon to hunt a job.

As I was looking for my first internship I realised that firms from english speaking countries prefer much to use AC. But I never found out a German firm has such arrangement for graduate (except for McKinsey, who uses case analyse and so on during its one day interview programm. Anyway I was refused without being invited to such an interview.) Since you guys are talking much about AC, I am thinking about the necessity to get prepare for it. Mmmh you see I am learning my english now $郁闷$

Well, nowadays more and more companies are using Ac to select employee, even in Germany, especially when you are in the economic field...
