All my items are real and 100% from Este Lauder.
If they said that my items is not real, ask them to bring it to the Estee and Clinique counter to test it and they can prove that it is real. They will bring it to the lab and test it, that is how my customer is Australia did to prove to his customer.

$考虑$ $考虑$这封信很值得。。。人考虑它的真实性$汗$ 美国厂家的Email?$frage$ $考虑$ 我从来没有说过唇彩是澳大利亚产的，是加拿大产的，唇彩底部写着的。而且我的意思是“07”色号不是“air kiss” ，D家没有”air kiss“ ，只有”air kiss Pink“，但是这个色号是”323“。 楼主应该仔细看我的帖子再来这里发言。而且我一共在楼主那里买了38，5欧元的东西，除了唇彩，还包括一直面膜，一支蜗牛霜，和一瓶普洱茶的胶囊。所以楼主才送了一个眼影，（这也是她主动提出送的，不是我强要的）。这个眼影也是05年2月生产的，都3年了。而且楼主当时提出退唇彩要同时退还眼影，我也同意了。楼主总是断章取义的说话的方式会误导很多人。
对于这份email，我也对那句：They will bring it to the lab and test it, that is how my customer is Australia did to prove to his customer.看不懂。我还是用英文学的master呢。真是惭愧啊！！！$害羞$ $害羞$ $害羞$

Dear sir or Madam
结尾会用 ：Best regards
然后是姓名，部门，电话。
你出示的那份email一看就知道是个人卖家写的。她甚至连公司的名字都没有写。而且用了很不正规的”Hi“开头。说实话，连一般的客服人员都不可能用这样的开头写email. 感觉这话“东东是样品， 我的Umsatz每个月都没超过 400欧，在德国还不属于商业行为。(我今天特地请了一天假， 去找律师咨询了。) 不象律师说得，倒象是finanzamt或是会计师说的。
另外付一份真正的公司回复：
