fee is not too much.just as dolc say .
but i think it is (500 euro to 1000 euro /year )
and master maynot charge fee.(for this i am not sure, i am master , and i have bsc in china , in my university they do not charge fees for master student, bcz they must finish master degree in 3 years, if not they should go)

above is just my ideas ,for you consideration.

1，德国关于外国大学生第二学位的认定暂时还没有定论。
2，根据目前各大学的收费政策来看，如果收费每年不会低于1000欧元，即每学期500欧元。
