求救，ebay说我应该转成公司帐户，咋办？
也就上个礼拜卖了200多欧的东西，没多少个的，有必要转成商业帐户么？？？而且没有公司的。人在中国，没有税的问题。Attention!
Business sellers who sell goods to consumers in the European Union are subject to strict EU Consumer Protection Laws. The activity of your account(s) indicates that you are selling high volumes of goods to consumers in Germany. This is a strong indication that you must be considered a business seller under German Laws.
German Distance Selling Regulations are always applicable when a business seller directly and clearly addresses the German consumer, regardless from where he is operating his business. By listing on the eBay.de website you are clearly and directly addressing the German consumer.
What should you do?
1. Declare your account status as a business
As a business seller you must declare your account accordingly. Otherwise you could be misleading consumers about their rights according to German Consumer Protection Regulations. Falsely declaring your account status is also a violation of the eBay.de user agreement and policies and could result in actions against your account.
2. Make sure that you provide the legally required information in your listings
According to German Distance Selling Regulations and the German Telemedia Act business sellers who sell goods over the internet to consumers must provide the consumer with extensive information (contact details) about their business and about the consumer‘s right of withdrawal (return policy). Please make sure that you have at least the following information in your listings:
- Company name
- first and last name of a legal representative your company
- full geographical address of your company
- telephone or fax number, e-mail address
- trade registration number and register (if applicable)
- VAT-ID number (if applicable)
You must also inform your buyers about their right of withdrawal. Consumers on the eBay.de website can return the item within a period of one month after delivery. You must inform the consumer in detail about the conditions of this right and how the consumer has to make use of it. If you have any further questions regarding this, please consult a legal counsel.
Also, please inform your buyers in the item description in detail about the costs which apply. This includes information about the shipping costs, taxes and customs fees.
3. Make sure that the information about the item location is correct
If you are shipping from your place of business, you must indicate this in the item location field. If you have a warehouse or subsidiary within the European Union from where you are shipping, you may indicate this location in the item location field. Please be advised that eBay reserves the right to ask for appropriate documentation.
What can happen if you are not compliant with German Consumer Protection Regulations?
Failure to comply with these legal obligations can lead to costly warning letters and cease-and-desist claims from competitors and certain consumer protection agencies and can result in actions taken against your account by eBay. 估计ebay认为你有商业倾向吧....
