绝对可以对，不过退票是要缴手续费的，至少25欧元，自己衡量吧。

可以通过网上退票。从KONTAKT里面给TUIfly写信，告诉他你的订单号，然后说要退票。他们会告诉你，只能退税，不能退机票本身的钱。
