看了一些外接硬盘测试，火线400和USB实际速度差不多;火线800明显快些;最快的
是ESATA，是USB传递的2倍。
计算机上有外接ESATA的最好选择ESATA 。现在动不动传几十G，速度还是重要。

USB的传输速度远小于eSATA，而且USB的数据传输稳定性差：

火线1394a和1394b传输速度上大约是USB的3到4倍(不是差不多)，同时数据传输稳定性上是大大优于USB的。

eSATA的传输速度约为USB的6倍多(不是2倍)，传输稳定性上也优于USB。
