Urgent help needed: Landlord and girlfriend from Hell
My landlord, who sent me a Fristlose Kundigung several days ago, tonight has his girlfriend standing outside my door to complain aloud that her relationship with him is fouled because he has a woman tenant (that is, me ) in his house. I think they are working together to try to drive me outprobably because they have come up with some new ideas about how to make use of this place. They live in seperate flats and each are claiming Arbeitlosegeld.The girlfriend has banged on my room door and attacked me (spitting)before(last week). I was stupid not to have called the police immediately.
Can someone advise me please what I can do to protect my rights? I think they intend to cause as much disturbance as possible so that I shall move out voluntarily before the contract ends. It is likely that the girlfriend will come to the flat everyday to bang on my door to make my life here impossible.
Just now she has switched off my room light from outside and unplucked the telephone line. She wants to cause as much disturbance as possible tonight.
If I have to move out to a hotel, will the landlord be liable for my hotel charges? Who can help me now?
Your urgent advice will be much appreicated.:( just move out. way 1.call the police, and amke anzeige, living in hotel he will not pay for you.and better prepare move out. When you get your kundigung you have the right for 3 months to find a new house,not means have to dirrectly move away.
way2. Try to talk to them that you will try to find a house and move away, let them give you a little time. And don't come always such a way to push you away.
they are the landlord if they are not happy or don't like you live there nomore. You better move away. If not maybe they will try something to you more terrible,you will be in danger.
