why is it illegal? only because of no contract?
严格说来，zwischenmieter很多都是不合法的，但是因为大家都做都走灰色地带，没有合同是不受法律保护的，签合同也应该由Eigentümer签。之所以说是非法交易是因为你这种灰色收入也不上税也不受法律保护，所以吃亏占便宜都自己的事了。
