Dr. Yantai CHEN currently is a German Chancellor Scholarship Fellow of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation from 06.2007. He now bases on the Centre for Management of Innovation and Technology, University of Regensburg, and Faculty of Economy & sociology at University of Cologne, Germany to carry out research works as well as initiatives to promote the cooperation between German and Chinese SMEs.
Dr. CHEN graduated from Fudan University School of Management, and was once a DAAD fellow in Germany, a visiting fellow at National University of Singapore (NUS), a Visiting Fellow in Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), Cambridge Univeristy, UK, as well as a Visiting Fellow in Grenoble Business School, Grenoble, France, and Tsinghua University in China. His research interests focus on "Innovation management & Management of Technology, entrepreneurship, SMEs Management, International management" and so on. He has more than 20 publications including books, research journals and research reports. Also he has the experience of entrepreneurship.
